Bonding techniques for our cob blocks and cob bricks is not that different from conventional brick or block laying. There are no specialist skills required to install these cob products, a good general builder or a competent DIY’er can achieve a good construction. Methodology relies on an effective lap ensuring vertical jointing is staggered. Here we have a solid wall thickness of 500mm using our 100mm cob blocks and 100mm cob bricks in combination.
